First time in a long time since I have been to this dealership. I was impressed with the nice people that worked there. Very professional and friendly. They were very busy but still took care of me and my vehicle. I will be back.

Salesman (Geron Freeman) was pleasant to work with as I have noted in previous surveys. But, the pickup/closing process was the worst I've experienced in my life. The finance guy was pushy, disrespectful, talked down to me, and made mistakes (wrong VIN on paperwork, listed Ally as lien holder, AND sold me iKon device what wasn't even on the car !!). I understand the psychology of a 2 hour closing process ... wear me down till I cave in on "protection plans" just to get out of there. All the button pushing, flipping the screen back and forth, questioning my judgement on what I wanted / didn't value ... didn't play well. People in my age group are not stupid or uneducated about risks of, IMO, overpriced protection plans. I'm not a conspiracy theory person, but the other thing that feels very deceiving is the false advertising of this dealer and several other GMC dealers in my state. Putting a low price on the internet and then telling prospects that "that's just advertising" doesn't cut it for me. Shame on all of you. It's not likely I'll be back to CB based on my experience. Pay attention to the details ... it'll serve you well.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 3 hours for these to be completed. There was no communication or updates given as to why it was taking so long. People that brought their cars in after me were finished before i was.
