I always like to have any and all work done on my car by Cable Dahmer BUICK they take care of your car like it's there car I had a courtesy pick up and drop off the drivers were so professional and also the mechanic that took care of my car Gareth Anderson he did a video when he finished my explaining the work that was done and explaining everything else about my car I tell you CABLE DALMER BUICK is the place to go .Thank you Cable Dahmer Buick for all that you do and your wonderful staff I had a recall on my Chevy Trax and it was fixed the same day Thank you and all of your staff.

I had purchased a set of tires due to me having a nail in one of my tires. The tire was never replaced. So instead of correcting their mistake or owning up to the mistake to resolve it they put the blame on me. I'm a black single woman and I have heard stories from many woman of mistreatment at this location I hate to say it was true. I will never purchase any product from this location again. Very disappointed

The oil change/tire rotation took two hours even though I had an appointment and was told at the service desk it would be about an hour. I was charged an astronomical amount that included over $12 for “shop supplies” ( I can only deduce this was for a paper towel to wipe the dipstick on) and a surcharge for using a charge card for payment which was quite a surprise. I understand small businesses doing this but not big businesses. The bill had already been padded without the surcharge. It’s not the $3.63 I paid, it’s the principle of the thing and I won’t be back.
