I accidentally scheduled/went to the wrong dealership for my appointment. I was squeezed in just after the lunch hour and I greatly appreciated that.

Good experience. Jaren was very helpful. Oil change and tire rotation were done. Will work on other things needed.

My battery gave out & I took the SUV in to the service department. I didn’t call ahead & just drove to the shop. I had no problems & Jaren took care of my issue. I had my battery replaced later in the afternoon. He was (and always is) great at explaining my issues in a way I can understand. I can trust him. Thank you.

Lucy was one of the best technicians I’ve ever had. I will continue to come to this dealership because of the professionalism she showed.

Appointment was scheduled for a different Canke Dahmer; specifically asked for the Buick dealership, but luckily they were able to take care of it

Great experience

All of the workers that I dealt with were very nice and bent over backwards to help me in anyway they could.

Service was prompt. The prices quoted for the repair are more then double other places. After reviewing the quote the also added on additional repairs such as changing spark plugs that were not discussed or wanted. The warranty is also pointless because they declined to cover the thermostat or radiator that is leaking because if the thermostat. They also said we needed our car aligned but never actually checked it that it was out of alignment.

The process was slow but the overall purchase experience was great. C

Jaren was very friendly and professional. He knew what was needed and stayed in contact with me while my car was being serviced. Also provided a car for me as my car was in the shop for a week. Great Job!

Jeff was acting to work with from start to finish. I came in with a concern not really sure on what to do or how to proceed and Jeff B helped me figure out not only what was going on but also the repair. He helped from start to finish with everything from my warranties on my vehicle and what was covered . Thank you for being so patient, knowledgeable and kind with me.
