The service advisors are helpful and answer all my questions. I tell them what the problem is, and they get the diagnosis right, give me a price and how long the work will take. The waiting room is clean and there is no smoking. The showroom is beautiful with the cars on display. I can get a drink or snack and relax while waiting. The ladies' room is very clean also. As always, a very good experience. I am happy with Findlay Chevrolet, Las Vegas Nevada.

Recently had my C8 in for a warranty repair for a second time since a component had to be ordered to make the repair. I don't understand why my vehicle had to sit in a cue for four days at the dealership waiting for the mechanic to decide when he would be able to complete the repair. Being that my vehicle was in the shop the first time for 3 days only to find out that the a part had to be ordered the second trip should have been a priority and not sit in the shop for 4 days. The repair was replacement of the OnStar Module. Communications from the Service Advisor could be better as well.

I brought my Silverado in for routine service … oil change and tire rotation. My service manager, Don Pagel, called and advised me that the mechanic was reporting an issue with my brake fluid and that he was going back to inspect it for himself. He called back and recommended services needed to keep me and my family safe on the roads. They finished all the work while I waited and even had time to wash the truck. I have come to trust Don and know his advice is spot on. It’s for these reasons I travel from the Centennial area of town to get my service at Findlay.
