Both my wife and I were very pleased with the purchasing experience. The wait to complete the final paperwork seemed a bit excessive, but you did have buyers before us. That is strictly a process flow concern, your personnel in sales and financing/purchasing were very friendly, personable and non-pressure. Traits I hope you nurture as they unique in our car buying experience. Definitely makes your dealership our first stop for our next purchase.

Immediately greeted when I pulled in. Check in was quick. Good WiFi, coffee and water available free. Waiting area clean as well as the restroom. When the Blaze was done, check out was fast and easy.

We were a day away from leaving on a long trip out west with our trailer pulled by our 2015 1500 Silverado pickup. It had been in for a quick safety check two weeks before and got great marks. The air conditioning had never given us trouble and I believe I had used it several times on warm days. But the day before we were to leave the air conditioner would not work. In a panic I called Faulkner Chevy service dept to ask if the cabin air filter could be the cause. Ashley Todt took my call, she remembered about our trip even before I had gotten to the problem. She listened and found an available slot for me to get the truck looked at the next day. It required a new Condenser coil and they had the part in stock. By noon the work was done and the next day we left on our trip. Only one day missed. I am really hard pressed for the right words to express my gratitude for Ashley and the mechanic who found the tiny leak so the fix could happen. Thanks again to the service reps and techs at the Lancaster Chevrolet service department.
