Confirmed Service Customer
I was not pleased that a $20 service charge was applied to my bill since I used a credit card instead of a debit card. If I would have been told this I would have just used my debit card. I didn't even know until I got my bank statement. It was pretty disappointing to see a loyal customer that has given a lot of money over the years to Delaney and Chevrolet have to pay an extra $20, because I didn't read the fine print.
