I was expecting an oil change on a leased vehicle. I ended up being asked to spend over $400! My vehicle key FOBs weren���t working and I had to argue to not pay for the cost of those, it���s a 2022 car! Additionally, after agreeing to replace filters, I was told I wouldn���t be charged for a rotation, but I was. Not a great experience coming up on ending a lease.

The work completed was done well and looks good. The only issue I had was I in writing told Delaney to not change a tire that was called out to be changed on the scope of work from my insurance agency. I talked to my insurance agent about this and they were okay with this because I have a full set of new tires for winter use already and I would just put those on my vehicle. Well Delaney changed the tire anyways after during the repair and then it was not realized until after I left the facility and now are trying to charge me $300 for the tire I do not like or want. I am still waiting on a reply from them to see what they can work out with me on a price.

My 2024 Corvette was in for a service recall The service advisor was professional and explained in advance the process and the time associated with the repair. The work was completed as promised and all is working as it should. I was offered a loaner car if I needed it and was very pleased with the manner in which I was treated. The Corvette was returned neat and clean.

I was pleased with the spot/people. However an oil change and tire rotation for 128.00 is ridiculous and outrages. I can get the same work same product for $70.00. This will be the last time I use Delaney for this type of work what I spent for the truck and the loyalty to Delaney I think I was taken advantage of! Never again! I believe in fair pricing and I���ll pay for that but not gouging!!
