I was not pleased that a $20 service charge was applied to my bill since I used a credit card instead of a debit card. If I would have been told this I would have just used my debit card. I didn't even know until I got my bank statement. It was pretty disappointing to see a loyal customer that has given a lot of money over the years to Delaney and Chevrolet have to pay an extra $20, because I didn't read the fine print.

Oil consumption test indicated 1 qt used in 2000 miles. At limit of acceptable and nothing is to be done. Prior to doing test, I have had to add 1qt EVERY time oil is off stick. I check oil prior to taking for test find nothing on stick and mechanic only has to put in 1/2 qt. There is something VERRY wrong here!

I took my car for 60,000 mile check and oil change. I was greeted by Brian and we went over the plan, iwaited in the comfort of their room and he came to tell me about changing air filters. Gave him the ok, work was done and I was totally satisfied
