I am pleased with the expertise of the technician and service manager. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for what I suspect and Larry, the service manager, agrees of a bad (failed) part for the 3rd time. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this same issue twice plus spent money on a software update that did not fix the problem as the problem reappeared for a third time and now Ingersoll is asking for another $1100 for parts and labor. How about a better quality part from a different vendor and a longer warranty Very frustrated, 4 wheel drive vehicles are meant to be used as such when needed. I don't abuse my truck yet when using 4WD high to plow my own driveway it gets stuck in 4WD and won't shift out of it. I would appreciate a candid conversation with someone who cares to address a loyal customers concerns Thank you Steve at 203-947-5957
