Confirmed Service Customer
My scheduled oil change took 2 hours. When I paid and then went to my car, the person who had checked me in had to take the floor paper, etc. because it had not been removed. Then I was told they would have someone take it through the car wash. ??? I had already been there for over 2 hours and I was supposed to wait more? No, no, no. First time I have had what I consider a bad experience.
