The L base model
Despite being the base models, the L trim level comes packed with a good amount of standard equipment. It is powered by a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine which is able to produce 193 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque, and the engine is paired with front-wheel drive, and a 9-speed automatic transmission. Despite its curb weight which starts at 4,007 lbs, the acceleration does not feel sluggish due to tis well-programmed 9-speed automatic which is able to reserve a couple of low gears for launches, after which it spreads out in the middle gears designed for moderately paced city driving.
The base L trim level also features xenon headlights, 18-inch wheels, keyless ignition and entry, dual zone automatic climate control, cruise control, Bluetooth, and a total of four USB ports (2 in the rear and 2 in the front). Moreover, the L features Android Auto as well as Apple CarPlay smartphone integration, OnStar coupled with 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, satellite radio, and a 6-speaker stereo system.

The new infotainment interface offered by Chevrolet, coupled with an 8-inch touchscreen display, is easy to use and operates smoothly. The interface has a sign-in feature, which allows the driver to bring settings through the cloud to other vehicles which are properly equipped. Moreover, there is a cloud-connected navigation available for $10/month.
On the safety side of things, the L level comes with a rearview camera, but in addition, every 2019 Chevrolet Blazer features hill-start assist, as well as a warning chime which is able to alert the driver to check the backseat for children and infants in car seats.
As far as fuel economy goes, EPA has not rated the engine yet, however, according to Chevrolet, the front-drive version with the inline-4 engine can achieve 23 mpg city, 29 mpg highway, and 25 mpg combined.

The LT trim level
Stepping things up to the next of the 2019 Chevrolet Blazer trim levels, the LT builds on the list of features that the L has offer, and comes with 3 subtrims: the 1LT, 2LT, and 3LT. The 1LT adds to the existing features taken over from the L and includes a power-adjustable driver's seat, a spare tire, and rear privacy glass. The 2LT gets an engine upgrade, replacing the 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine with a 3.6 liter V6 engine, which is able to churn 305 horsepower, and 269 pound-feet of torque. In addition, it also comes with an option to upgrade to all-wheel drive. Last but not least, the 3LT adds an impressive amount of features: black roof rails, leather upholstery, remote start, a power liftgate, heated power-adjustable mirrors, heated front seats, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

The safety side of things also gets more features besides, including lane keeping assist, rear-cross-traffic alert, rear parking sensors, and blind spot monitoring. In addition, the rear camera mirror projects an uninterrupted view from behind the car on the rearview mirror.
As far as fuel economy goes, Chevrolet pegs the V6 front-drive 2019 Blazer at 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined. If all-wheel drive is added to the mix, then the ratings go to 19 mpg city, 25 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined.
The RS trim level
Near the top of the pack, the RS features a more sporty look, and adds on the list of features that come equipped with the 3LT. The RS trim level features a blacked-out front grille, dual exhaust tips, 20-inch wheels, driver-seat memory setting, a heated steering wheel, an upgraded driver information display, a navigation system, an adjustable cargo management system, and a 120-volt power outlet. Besides the 20 inch wheels that come standard with the RS, getting 21s is an available option.
The 2019 Chevrolet Blazer RS gets a more sophisticated all-wheel drive system, featuring a twin-clutch rear differential that is able to shift torque between the rear wheels, which allows for better traction and for better handling. Besides the all-wheel drive mode, the RS features an Off-Road mode, a Sport mode, and a Tow/Haul mode - the V6 engine is able to tow up to 4,500 lbs.
When the RS goes into sport drive mode, the all-wheel drive system engages the twin clutches in order to manage power across the rear wheels. What this does is make the Blazer have the road manners of a modern family sedan which is well-tuned. The gearbox lingers in its middle gears, and the steering is able to center itself without having to stop at a discrete points along the way, which overall makes the Blazer an easy car to drive smoothly.
The Premier trim level
Last but not least, the Premier features all of RS' equipment, and comes with a power-tilt and telescoping steering wheel, chrome exterior accents, heated and ventilated front seats, an 8-speaker sound system, and heated rear seats.
