All was great!! The Service tech went a little extra for me as I own 2 cars both purchased recently from Holloway. Also they honored my $20 service coupon when it technically did not cover my oil change. I was happy!!

Overall, I was not thrilled with my experience. Labor cost far away the cost for the parts. When I asked if they could run my car through the wash after the work was done they said they never did it. This is not the first time that this is happened.

I brought by car in for an oil change and an issue with shaking at acceleration. I was told I needed 4 tires due to tread and one tire had a steel belt break. Another garage replaced my tires, but said there was no steel belt break, just worn on the inside. 2 tires were at 5/16 and 2 tires were at 6/16. Even after replacing my tires, the shaking is still an issue. I will NEVER service my car here ever again!
