I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for Saturday, December 7th. I arrived a little early as usual. The response time was quick , as it was a busy day. Lots of vehicles in line for service. The oil was changed in a timely manner, and the tires were rotated, which was great. I am planning a trip out of town. The service representatives were very helpful. I was very satisfied. Excellent Service.

They didn't put me in the schedule for half of the things my car was supposed to go for (oil change and fuel filter change). Then they forgot to schedule the valet pickup. Once they got my car, I received a phone call in the morning saying to call back. My husband and I tried calling back about 10 times all throughout the day and left multiple message with no one answering or calling back all day, only to get a call at 5 pm saying my car wouldn't be returned that day. They said they changed the fuel filter and air filter but the car never got reset saying they have been changed. All around it was a poor experience.

It was time for my maintenance check on my 2024 Malibu. It only needed an oil change and air pressure check. John Posey was training a new employee, Cliff. All went well and I was on my way in a hour.

Went in to get the front breaks replaced on my 2018 Silverado and Dominic took great care of me getting me in and out in a timely manner and was able took set me up with a loaner car for the day!

First time there and everyone was nice and everything went well. It just took over 1.5 hours to only change the oil and rotate the tires. Maybe that is normal. I will tell you on the next visit

I was called Monday to let me know my truck would be picked up at 8:30am Tuesday. Then was sent a message that it would be picked up at 9:30am but wasn't picked up until 10am. I called the dealership at 3:30pm and no one called back with an update. At 4pm, when I got off work, I had to get a ride with a coworker . At 6pm the truck was dropped off at my house and it had been wrecked on the way home. The oil change was all that was done and still needs the transmission serviced, which the dealership still wants to charge me for after all the time wasted. My truck is loaded trim package and I got a loaner that is a basic package. Why did I not receive a loaner of equal value? As things sit right now, I find it very hard to recommend this dealership or service department to any of my friends or family. Word of mouth is like social media. How do you plan to proceed to reconcile this?

I just moved to Kansas City and I just recently lost my husband and was trying to take care of my vehicle on my own. While having mine serviced, I sought out information on electric cars and began working with Trevaughn Mayhue. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I told him to let me know when he had an Equinox to look at. He called and the rest is history!! Best experience ever! His follow up has been exceptional and he takes the time to answer all my questions. Hats off to Makayla in accounting also!! She did an excellent job as well. Thanks to Tre I am in a car I love and I feel confident your dealership will take good care of me. ( as a widow, this is extremely important)����������������

I was quoted a one hour time period for my cars oil change. I had an 11am appointment. I showed up at 10:40am and did not leave until 1:42pm. I was asked to stay since it was supposed to be a quick appointment. I���m just frustrated that I sat around for 3+ hours and wasted valuable time from my day.

John Posey got my truck in for service on time and arranged for a courtesy ride home while it was worked on. Got he bad module replaced and it is working like a champ. The service department is awesome.
