Very efficient. Only negative was the link provided for status updates never was populated with information until I checked out, and even then, the information had no value.

My vehicle was brought in for a brake assist service warning on the dash. Even though the vehicle has warranty coverage was told there would be a diagnosis charge of $179 which would be waived if the repair was determined to be covered by the warranty. So what choice is there but to accept. The repair ticket says could be battery and customer declined to replace at $608.31. So the diag fee was charged. There was also an oil change that other than being outrageously expensive I have no problem with. The only reason the vehicle was brought to that dealership is because I was told the warranty deductible charge would be waived since it was the place of purchase. Apparently the deductible is replaced by a diagnosis fee so there is no reason to go to this dealership. When questioned about the diag fee the service advisor said “Well, I have to pay my techs.” I received an email thanking me for trusting my vehicle repair with the dealership. I called with a question and found it was a salesman number and was asked “What are you calling me for? I’m in sales.” This was after trying to reach the service department seven times with no answer after being transferred by the switchboard operator. Overall a frustrating and expensive experience that accomplished nothing but wasted time!

Had a tire emergency. Was getting the warning indicator. Even with no appt and many many customers, was able to get my problem rectified in a reasonable anount of time. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and informative. I even bring my Ford to you all now.

The service that was done to my car should have taken no longer than 30-45 minutes, they installed roof cross bars, winter floor mats and re learning tire sensors. i waited for nearly 3 hours and when they brought the car out it the sensors had not been fixed. Then they went out and fixed them in less than 2 minutes. After all of that I was charged 15 dollars for installing the floor mats, really??? After buying a $90,000 vehicle they charge 15 for putting mats in???? And take 3 hours to do that kind of work? And their excuse is that they had too many cars being serviced? Then why make appointments?? Terrible service in general

I was greeted with the who was in charge of may i help u, what seems to be the problem, they got the information that was needed, and I was asked if I was waiting for my car r . Just made sure I got the help I needed and very pleasant and curtesy, very professional with a smile and I truly appreciate that, professional from the beginning to the ending in a timely manner

Great service, met as soon as I entered the bay, asked and anticipated a 1 hour service for my very first service on a new vehicle. The guys had me in and out, in around 30 minutes. Hot coffee and water was available in the lounge which is always appreciated as well. Very happy with my first experience at Cable-Dahmer!

Great experience. They have a nice waiting room with coffee. My Camaro was serviced quick (oil change) and they even aired up my tires. Price was surprisingly lower than other places. I will be back.
