Very nice representative. Kind and informing. Answered my questions very polite. Simple service of my vehicle took over an hour and a half. It was lunchtime for service staff. Maybe not everyone go to lunch at one time

Ian took exceptionally good care of me from start to finish. He kept me up to date daily on my car issue with my warranty company. He was even kind enough to wash and vacuum my car. He was exemptarly when it came to customer service. You have quite a bit of turnover in the service department. Ian is a keeper. I hope you take as good of care as he took of me.

1. Did not remember initial discussion 2. Sat in initial wait bay for at least 10 minutes before a blue shirt sent a black shirt out to talk to me 3. Did not answer my question regarding the issue with cruise control and instructed me to google search the issue myself. Why in the blazes do I come to you anyway

I went in on a Monday 9/9/24. I was first told that I couldn���t get seen until Wednesday after already being told that I could come in and be seen for an inspection due to a mistake on their end. Then after talking to somebody else I was able to be seen. After my inspection that same day my car acted as if it wanted to stop in the middle of the road and my check engine light came on. I was afraid to drive my car the next day.
