Fast and on time

I used Connect to get my car service and the agent helping with my car forgot to have my car returned that day , although I had left several messages and received no call back

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Services were completed in less than 1/2 hour. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Good

I brought my pickup in for a loud noise upon starting it and a ticking sound. Service center did good at finding other things to be replaced under warranty. However, they told me it was a 5 day job and would cost me a out 250. 23 days or so later I got my pickup back and had to pay almost 600 dollars for my loaner which is BS. I ended up with an aftermarket water pump and thermostat just to get my vehicle back. And the pickup still makes the same noise and ticking sound that I brought it in for. Not happy.

Best car buying experience we’ve ever had, by far. Briley was EXCELLENT to work with. He was laid back and not pushy at all. The entire atmosphere was very friendly and easy going. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

It was a recall for child restraint in back seat

I’d set up an appointment for Monday morning and they didn’t even look at my car until Wednesday. It wasn’t till Thursday after I had been without a car for four days that they offered me a courtesy vehicle too small for my family.

The service was Great and the wait time was minimal.

I would have like better communication, but overall, I am very pleased about the service I recieved.

I am currently deployed and the services provided made it easier to purchase a car without the stress
