My technician is Jeff Prentice. He is the best and always spot on with his diagnosis and accurate. He is always very pleasant. Rich in service is my best person. He and Jeff work hand in hand.

I've solely worked with Clark's since 1987 & the customer service seemed paramount to dealership appreciated by customers. You have a great service dept as well great mechanics & I'll continue to a Clark's customer

I was very patient during the process, but your sales guy manager was NOT customer oriented. Had a private nic-name for him, "...can't do that". He cheated me out of a Cecil Clark Savings of $500 after the savings was offered and accepted by me, by removing it during the buying process without disclosing the removal to me. Offered, accepted, and unilaterally removed without notice to me, the customer. I can change the rating above only if I get a Cecil Clark check for the $500 for 'CC veterans savings'. I did have GM savings but that GM provided savings had nothing to do with the Cecil Clark savings. I plan on pursuing this issue with Cecil Clark as soon as I finish my visit with GM to get their thoughts on Cecil Clarks' business practices. This is no way to treat a Vietnam veteran, ie, to offer the savings after I had proven my service, accepted the offer, and then have it taken away without notice. Please note that I paid "sticker price" for the vehicle partially because of the other 'savings' that were applied in the beginning, ie, GM AND CC's savings. Whoever is in charge there can avoid a lot of pain by admitting now that the action taken by your agent demonstrates just how little CC cares about this country's veterans. GDO is only a phone call away and they would love a human-interest story like this one. Please do the right thing and correct this problem now. 815 appt and not noticed about anything til shortly before closing. You can’t tell me all the cars having an appointment after were not done and waiting since I had an early appt, being not notified in a timely manner had to leave the vehicle for a second day and that took all day to be notified again where to me it should’ve been done the first thing since it was on the work order the first day

High pressure had me make a hasty decision which I now regret. I should have left and checked out the other vehicles I told them I was interested in.. They sold me a vehicle that had 1200 plus miles on it already and I'm already having issues with the vehicle.
