my experience at Cecil Clark Chevrolet was amazing. Mike was patient, kind and happy to answer my questions about the vehicles. He explained about each vehicle that I test drove. Jose was very kind and patient as well when I went in to close the deal He explained everything to me. He got my chevy app set up on my phone got my on star set up and he even helped me clean the stuff out of my old car. Chuck in finance again was very patient and kind he explained every document that I signed and why I had to sign it and what it was for. This was my VERY first experience buying a new vehicle on my own and the team at Cecil Clark Chevrolet made it a pleasant one. Thank you all so much !!

Arrived ten minutes early. The turnaround time was long, nearly two hours. The service department asked if I wanted to replace the cabin filter and engine air filter, $170. I did the job for $42 myself.

I Had to wait 21/2 hours to have a front license plate holder put on the car!! I was told it would be done in 15 minutes! I kept being told that 3-4 times. I'm not impressed or happy.

Collision center was great! Todd, Jimmy and Emily. Emily kept me updated twice a week and was always kind and knowledgeable. These 3 and those behind the scene made this experience smooth repairing my Equinox from a car accident. Everyone I have come into contact with on the property have been welcoming. My Chevy looks and feels great!!! Thanks

Rich C. is always very courteous and helpful. He will always mention services I may need for the car other than the oil change. This time my Cruise cabin air filter and engine air filter needed to be replaced. It has been 25000 miles and with Florida's high pollen count they need to be changed even before then.

To be completely transparent… this is not my favorite dealership… in the past I’ve had several issues with the appointments I’ve made not being there when I showed up. This is just the closest dealership. But this visit went well. However all of the automated emails about my appointments (two emails) were incorrect .. they had either the wrong day or time on them. So I had to call twice to make sure.
