    Full Time Sales Consultant Wanted

    Roberts Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently seeking a full time Automotive Sales Consultant for our dealership in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. If you have a Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center background we are willing to train you! We are looking for people who are able to use technology, self-starters, quick to learn, and have an awesome customer service attitude.
     
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
    • Be the vehicle expert. Know and demonstrate product offerings, optional packages & latest technology in the showroom or on the road
    • Follow up with prospective  and existing customers and return email / voicemail to generate leads and confirm their satisfaction
    • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
    • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle
    • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
    JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
    • Five day work week, Saturdays required
    • Outgoing friendly personality; a “people person"
    • Strong Interpersonal & communications skills, in person & over the phone
    • Motivated to follow up with customers & owner base
    • Persuasive & be able to overcome customer objections
    • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
    • Team oriented, commitment to the job, and a strong work ethic
    • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
    • Prior Sales/Customer Service experience is a plus (sales, call center, customer service)
    • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
    • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
    • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's license and clean driving record
