The initial experience was great. Daniel Wong was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went in to purchase the car, the experience took longer than I had expected, particularly after having made an appointment and made clear that I had limited time to complete the purchase. HOWEVER, only 9 days after purchase, the "check engine" light is on and the lumbar support control is not working properly. So, I am unhappy with having to take a new $100K car back to get checked out for service less than 2 weeks from driving it off the lot. After speaking with Daniel this afternoon (again, he is very helpful), he gave me phone numbers for 3 service techs and no one picked up or returned my call. Not happy at this point.
