Confirmed Service Customer
Brought in my truck that I bought in June for the first service. There were a long list of problems with the vehicle, and I appreciate the team taking a look. When I dropped it off on a Friday for my appointment, they said they would need to keep it until Monday or Tuesday if that was ok, I said fine. I had to call Tuesday evening to find out what the situation was and left a message. I did get to talk to someone on Wednesday, then they said it would be Friday before I could get the truck back. I told them I needed it (or a loaner) because I was without a vehicle and we had a newborn that was a few weeks old. They said I could likely pick it up at the end of Wednesday as it was "almost done". No call Wednesday. When we talked Thursday, they said they were still waiting for some parts so it would be Friday. When I came to pick it up Friday after it being at the dealer for 8 days without any transportation for me, they tell me that they still haven't been able to get some parts and I'll have to bring it back in the future when they get the parts in. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional, but it is ridiculous that I am having all of these problems with a brand new truck and that I had to be without a vehicle for 8 days for a bunch of warranty issues. They did address many of my issues that I brought it in for but did not fix the trim that never fit properly in the engine bay which is pulled loose every time you open the hood and are still waiting on the switches for the turn signal. After resetting the computers, there are some new issues that I am logging and will get on the record when I bring it back in for the outstanding fixes. I hope that future interactions will be better.
