Confirmed Service Customer
Made an appointment for an oil change and to have the heated steering wheel chip finally installed. The service writer said a brake line inspection was called for as well. He estimated it would take a total of two hours, so I stayed and waited. Five hours later I got my truck back. There must be a disconnect between the service writer and the shop for it to have taken two and a half time longer than stated. Lost a half day and was disappointed to say the least.
