Engle decided he wanted to work at his Dad’s car dealership when he was 12 years old and worked there part time through high school. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Automotive Marketing from Northwood University. Engle worked at the family’s original store in Butler until they purchased Royal Buick GMC in 2001 where he leads as General Manager. Engle’s passion at work is to create and implement best practice processes to provide a consistent customer experience like no other, to every guest that enters the dealership to purchase a vehicle, service a vehicle, purchase a part or just to say hello. In his time away from work, he loves and enjoys spending time his wife and their 5 children. He enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sports (golf being his personal favorite) and hanging out with his large extended family. Engle also attends and serves in various capacities at the Green Pond Bible Chapel and is a certified biblical counselor.
