Confirmed Service Customer
The service appears to be ok but the customer service by the service adviser was freaking horrible.I Took the time to schedule an appointment online at 9:30 for an oil change, I brought my truck in at 9:00 which was:30 early at the time I added a 2nd service (3 part fuel system service) the advisor said max time a couple of hours. He asked if I was going to wait I said no but to call my wife to pick up. To make a long story short we never received a call and the service was completed after 4:00. After such discussion he did tell me since I was not waiting at the dealership for my vehicle they service vehicles that people were waiting for and became a back up of cars. So why was my appointment ignored and it caused my time to be late for an appointment with my grandson football game. Bottom line he held us hostage and totally ignored the appointment process and the customer needs. I will never again be honest with my time with your advisors. Totally frustrated with Reynolds’s GMC especially for a longtime customer. I said enough!!!!
