Couldn't get any Answers from any one one when my truck would be done was told on a Friday it would be done on Monday then on Monday I didn't hear from anyone called and took all day to get a call back said they would call the next day never heard from anyone or on Wednesday came in to dealership and still wasn't given a answer on my truck was told they would call me on Thursday again no call went in and was told maybe Monday Did get it back on Friday but was never more disappointed in a service as I was . This was on a brand new truck. I've bought 4 new vehicles from you.NOT VERY PLEASED

The in store service and personnel were great. I did have an issue with the online scheduling. I received an email from Poages stating that service may be due. After clicking on it, a chat opened up and I gave the chat bot my information and it presented options for the date and time for service. At the end of the chat it said "you're all set". I then received a confirmation email from my original salesperson that had the service manager signature information at the bottom. The email said I "could" call to confirm if I wanted. Why would I go through the steps to make the appointment online if I have to call and set it up like I would have if I didn't do it online? What's the point? My wife showed up for the appointment and was told there is no appointment. She had to reschedule for the following week. If your going to offer online appointment scheduling, you need to have a process that works. The whole situation was frustrating.
