The service was fine. The fact that I am having an issue already with a car I only bought a year and a half ago is INSANE. I never had this type of issue when I bought my Ford. I am not pleased that my Chevy is already having so many issues or that I just had to pay $500 to get something fixed that should not have been broken in the first place and THEN I was told that I could buy a "grill package" to go on the front of my vehicle in an effort to keep water out of my engine. WHAT?! I am not happy, and will be doing a google review if anything else goes wrong. This is ridiculous.

We could have had some help with the use of the technology. We weren’t aware of the fact that there was no navigation system in the car. How to use these things would have been very useful during the hours we waited for the loan approval and paperwork to be completed.

Everyone is very helpful. I brought it in because of an engine light on. It went off the day before but they didn't find anything wrong and still had to pay $200.

Happy with the quality of the repair work. Not so much with the turn around time between work being complete and service team completing the process to notify me it was done. Received a video when the work was complete and was not notified it was done for another 2+ hours. Thought this was due to the request to wash the vehicle but when I picked up the vehicle it was never washed.

We knew we wanted a Buick SUV, as we had owned one previously and really liked it. We looked online at the current lineup. The website was very useful, well organized and informative, with everything we wanted to know. We picked out the one we wanted. It was in transit to the dealership, so we test-drove an in-stock example of the same model. It suited us just fine so we put down a deposit and signed a contract. When the car we'd selected arrived a week or so later, we picked it up. Everything was so easy and pleasant, absolutely zero hassle. Even the paperwork (which isn't on paper any more) is so much more efficient than it used to be.

The service department always does a very good and timely job with my service needs. I have always been extremely pleased. The price is very reasonable, the waiting room is very comfortable. And, they do a great job explaining everything that they have done and what I need to have done.
