Fast and friendly

Got me into the truck of my dreams, I never felt pressure and all the decisions were my decisions.

When I walked in not a single person greeted me. I stood there for a while and nobody said a word to me they even walked right by me without a hi. The girl in the back Shelby is always rude so that was no surprise. The new guy that eventually helped me was really nice. Too bad this place has changed so much since I made my 1st car purchase here years ago. The customer service I'm that room is so horrible.

It was disappointing that the first attempt to complete the repair was careless and unsuccessful. Initially, I was told that the repair was complete and I should pick it up. After paying in full, I got in the vehicle to depart and noticed a couple of things were very wrong, starting with the CEL, and excessive oil pressure. Fortunately, the dealer stood behind their work, and corrected their errors. Thus completing the repair originally requested.

The guy who helped us check us in and out was very nice! I last time I went here, I had a different guy and he was very rude and seemed like something was up his you know. But this guy was nice especially on a weekend where it’ll be nicer to be at home. Service went by quick and my car was all nice and clean too!

Service always takes at least twice as long as they say it will be. I was also given an inspection report that said my tire pressure was checked and was at 35psi, when I got in my vehicle the pressures were 29 and 31. Which makes me think, no one checks anything and they just mark it like they inspected…. Service keeps getting worse year after year, all of my friends and co workers have the same opinion that service is terrible lately.
