Confirmed Service Customer
First off they broke my oil cap made me pay for a new one. Then when they rotated my tires it was making a noise so they had to put them back to the original way. Also failed to wash it I was there from 230 to 6 pm while a watched many come and go. Truely dissapointed

I appreciate the thoroughness and the free wash, but (with an appointment), it took 1:45 for a baisc EV service (tire rotation and safety check). That's too long.

Mel was very helpful from the start, explaining how our extended warranty works, then following up with us. The Part had to be delivered, so he arranged for us to pick up the truck while we waited, and called us as soon as it was delivered to drop the truck off. There was a slight delay due to the Freon machine having an issue, but they got it fixed and we picked up the truck the next morning.

Absolutely horrible. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will never buy another Chevy, and neither will any of my family members. What an incredibly sad end to years of driving and supporting Chevrolet.

Frustrating. Very slow to give me an update on the repair. It took months to find out why the battery would drain and the car wouldn't start after 3 to 4 days parked in the garage. I still don't know if it's fixed correctly. Marcos is very helpful and respectful and tried to help.
