I have been shopping around for a truck for about two months and finally decided on a Colorado ZR2. This was my first brand-new vehicle ever, so I was excited. A big Thank you to MY Chevrolet, especially to Mr. Gary Miller for working with me on the price. I've only driven the truck for 7 miles so far because I was shopping around for better car insurance. I know I made the right choice of vehicle to purchase and the right dealership to deal with. Now for the bad experience. First of all, the ZR2 comes with lifted 3" stock and big tires, which look amazing but there are no assist steps in stock to purchase and there is no estimated time when they will be available. If I had only known that before my purchase, I would have gone with a different make. Also, I am just wondering like every other ZR2 owner about the rear bumper with no side steps. My biggest gripes so far are those issues that seem to lack common sense in the design and the inability to provide the needed parts to make ZR2 owners feel that we did make the best mid-size truck purchase. As for the MY Chevrolet dealership, you guys get a thumbs up from me besides the PDI technician did not do a thorough job inspecting under the hood. My truck had a lot of spider webs around the battery area. I would have attached a photo if I was able to. Also, the truck had 115 miles on it while my paperwork copy said 15 miles and I know it was not a typo error since I saw the truck 3 days before me picking it up. And the gas tank wasn't full as promised. But for the most part, I was pleased with my purchase. Thanks again to Coop Miller and the finance manager, Mr. Valdez for a smooth and easy transaction.
