I appreciate the parking assistance was installed, but I was never offered a loaner vehicle to drive for the day as other dealers provide. So I had to cancel my plans for the day, and when I picked up my truck at gmc service my driver side was full of mud and dirt, and i spoke to manager and he said there short on staff and that I had to wait 30 minutes or so. Just didn't expect that, but thank you

Joe in the service department took care of me and was very polite, and explained the time period expectations up front allowing me to make other plans while they worked on my car. I was able to run other errands while they worked on my car. Had my husband pick me up.

I left the car to complete 2 recall notices. I was told it was a 4 hour service call and left the car at 9:30 in the morning and was told it would be done around 3. When I called at 3, I found out that they had not even started the work. I had to leave the car overnight which was an inconvenience as it is our only car.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation. In the past, these visits have only been 45 - 1 hour. This time, I waited better than 2 hours. I'm not sure why, exactly. But it was an awful long time to wait
