Was there at the opening and was taken right away. Since I was first in line I waited and within 30 to 45 minutes they were finished. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was on my way in less than an hour. It was wonderful and it did not waste my whole day. Thank you!

I didn’t not know when I made an appt that it would take 3+ hours for my car to be done for an oil change! I would have arranged to have dropped it off and pick up later. Thank you for wasting my time. You will no longer be seeing me
I am very sorry you feel this way, However our records indicate that you did drop the vehicle off and had several services completed. Such as the oil change, a broken rear sun shade latch and a HVAC service. According to our records your vehicle was written up at 10:20am and invoiced at 1:36pm. Given the work you requested we do this is a reasonable amount of time for the repairs. Had the only repair been the oil change this time frame would absolutely be unacceptable.

On the day of signing the lease, we were Supposed to pay less than $400 monthly, but Angelo convinced us to pay more money to cover for damaged tires. We did and we still pay this extra money for this tire protection service. Last week I had a cut in the front tire, your dealer Refused to fix it saying that damaged tires are not covered. Shame on you all
I am very sorry that you feel this however we as the dealer do not make the final determination as to whether or not your claim is covered that decision is made by the tire warranty company. As we informed you the day of your call to the company informing them that you hit a curb was the reason they denied it as a curb impact is not considered a road hazard.

Hi, The employees at the dealership are wonderful. Very friendly and polite. The dealership is clean. The problems: Why does it take over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. When I signed my paperwork, he said an 1 1/2 hours, I didn't say anything, but thought why did I make an appointment? It took 2 1/4 hours! I have a Buick Cascada I told them when I checked in I am a lunatic with my car! I got it back and the drivers side was covered in dirt like they rode it through a big puddle. They only put 1 mile on it so what or where they drove through taking it in and out for the servicing, I don't know! This was my second time there and I don't think I will do a third visit!

The salesman was absolutely awesome. We walked in with a budget and left with him meeting it. He didn't play games and was very honest. The financial guy was also great! Honest, helpful, and worked with us!
