Oil change was completed on time along with the 27 point inspection included with the oil change. However, I specifically told the person I setup the appointment with NOT to rotate my tires when he asked if I wanted them done at the same time as the oil change. I purchased new tires from Metro 25 and I get them rotated for free through them, which maintains the warranty I have with them. When I dropped off my truck the night before, I completed the form and only checked the oil change box. After I reviewed my bill the day after I picked my truck up, I wondered why the cost was higher than normal for an oil change. After reading the second page, it showed that a tire rotation was completed. I called and spoke to Chuck and explained the situation. He apologized and issued a credit to my account for the $18 tire rotation I was charge for the next time I come in for an oil change. Mistakes happen, its how they are corrected that keeps customers happy and coming back. I'll be back. Thank you McGuire Chevrolet!
