This rating has no reflection upon chris sumrall. Chris is great and did everything he could to fix the situation. When i was sent my truck build quote it included the bed cover that was built and on the build ticket. It showed up with no bed cover and chris informed me that it would be an additional 1200 dollars for the bed cover. Even though It was on my build ticket that was emailed to me. Upon leaving the dealership with my brand new 2024 HD DURAMAX DENALI ULTIMATE i realized that the ac was not working. I took it back and Chris immediately sent it to the service dept. It turned out that the compressor was bad from the factory. It was replaced. WHO IS CHECKING THESE THINGS BEFORE THEY ARE TURNED OVER TO THE CUSTOMER? At 105,000 dollars someone should be checking the vehicles. Saturday, i get home and realize the housing that holds the tail gate handle is popped out of the tail gate. i took to service saturday and they tried to fix it right away but it still wasnt right. They ordered the part and will replace when it arrives back. THIS SURVEY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CHRIS SUMRALL. He is fantastic and probably one of the best at Orr GMC. Service was great too.
