Appointment for, tire rotation, oil & filter change, change engine filter. Started on car at 8:30AM, finished work at 11:30 AM. Was not happy. They also changed adjustment of seat. Not happy about that Ronald Gray.

Jason was awesome he took care of me kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my truck offer me a loaner car but I refused because by the time I would’ve gotten home it wouldn’t have been long before my truck was ready. Great service Great service man

I was hoping to get a better discount on the purchase of my truck. Paying $90K for a vehicle I was disappointed. When I picked up my truck I looked it over and not everything was cleaned like the brackets that attach to the extending step to get in the truck was pretty dirty and when I unfolded the tailgate all the way open it was dirty. When I have purchased a vehicle in the past the vehicle was very well detailed like it came off the showroom floor but I was a little disappointed. I did not get a manual for this truck so when I want to know how something works I have to look it up on the internet. My sister bought a 2023 GMC Yukon from a dealer and it came with a manual.

I was in town when all of a sudden my truck would not shift into gear. Called LaRoche: they said it was probably the transmission cable. Arrange to have me towed to the dealership. Repaired my truck and had it back to me the next day.

Was very disappointed that i had to wait almost a month for service. Being without a car for a month is a major hardship. Once I brought my truck in, my service advisor was Jamall Lewis. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was constantly communicating with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He went above and beyond and made my experience the best possible.

Had to get a new tire and oil change . Told them when I called and when I got there oil change is covered under my loan, they never asked for any information toll I went to pay and they said nothing in the system. Also had a new tire put on and asked 3 times to be sure to check air pressure in ALL tires because they were very high especially in this heat, drove away and nothing was changed and new tire which should be at 30 psi was at 43 psi
