Giving back Farley style.
It’s been about three years ago Mike was having a discussion with Anderson Elementary School in Sand Springs teacher Amanda Sellers about students with a need. Amanda explained to Mike there were at least thirty students who are fed at school Monday through Friday but will go all weekend without food.
Growing up with meager means himself Mike wanted to do something. He purchased 35 backpacks and food to fill them up. That’s how it began and Mike still buys food and backpacks to feed those students in Sand Springs. Mike now has an extra set of hands to fill the back packs, he has enlisted the help of his son Josh who also works at Keystone Chevrolet. Mike also donates food to Sand Springs Community Services.
If you are at Keystone Chevrolet and you smell something delicious cooking, it’s Mike Farley in the kitchen. Employees, friends and customers love his fresh made meals. He taught himself to become an excellent cook and his salsa will rival the best chefs. Mike Farley is the ultimate, giving foodie!
