Dear Ken Houtz Chevrolet,
It is not often that I am compelled to write a correspondence about an experience I have with a business, but I wanted to be sure I did so in this case. I recently had the opportunity to visit your dealership and purchase a used vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised in the manner in which I was treated from first contact through the point of driving off the lot. I worked with salesman Anthony Pafundi as well as sales manager Randy Barbee. Even thought I was shopping for a used car on a smaller budget, I felt that the opportunity to earn my business was a priority at all times. I was never pressured or undermined. Any concerns about the vehicle I was considering, a 1996 Ford Explorer, were immediately addressed even before a deal had been made. In the end, I left feeling confident that I had purchased a good vehicle at a very fair price and dealt with good people. Your dealership is a true stand out in today’s competitive market.
