Jones Chevrolet is the county’s oldest dealership and one of the largest in the area. Jones has been a family owned business for 90 years and is now in its 4th generation. Don and Bob Jones were the 3rd generation, following in the footsteps of their father, Bill Jones and Aunt Marianna Jones Popelka. Today, Bonnie Jones and children, Ryan and Kami Jones Schneider continue to carry on the family tradition of serving our valued customers and supporting our community.
When Frank Jones opened his Chevrolet garage in Lone Rock in 1922, the automobile was almost a novelty and roads were scarcely more than dirt paths. In 1930 Frank moved his business to Richland Center. Since then the business has moved several times within the city to accommodate the need for increasing sales. In December 2000, operation was begun out of a new state-of-the-art facility on Hwy 14 East. Jones Chevrolet offers a large inventory of new and used vehicles, parts department, body shop and a service department with GM certified technicians.
