I BOUGHT A 2019 CHEVY SILVERADO WITH 30,000 MILES FOR 30,000 DOLLERS I PUT ON 21,000 SO FAR WITH IN THE LAST MONTH I HAVE HAD IN THE SERVICE DEPT 7 TIMES WITH ABOUT 11000 DOLLARS IN REPARES AND LABER PUT INTO THE MOTOR GLAD I GOT THE WARRENTY BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO AFFORD THAT. THE SERVICE DEPT WAS GREAT BUT A LITTLE UPSET THAT WITH ONLY 51,000 MILES ON IT SO MUCH HAS GONE WRONG. MAKES ME NERVICE EVERYTIME I GET IN AND START THAT TRUCK NOW I JUST BOUGHT A CAMER AND HOPE I DO NOT BRAKE DOWN WHILE PULLING IT. I HAVE OWN CHEVY MOST OF MY LIFE AND HAD NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. ANY WAY I HAVE SOME TIME ON THE Warrenty crossing my finger's for the best after the last repare yesterday. So I can still boost about how great Chevy is. Have a great day.

Truck had grease smears on passenger side front and driver side read door and passenger side rear handle. When I arrived, my truck was parked lets just say not with in the lines in front of service oil change entry lot. didnt look well cared for lets say. It had looked like some one went through my truck, while it was not emasculate on arrival items from under back seat were on floor in back and First Aid kit from under back seat was on Passenger side front floor mat on my arrival. This was 100% used/moved.. Just not the experience that I have had in the past and has cause me to question the trust and service level for future. From a customer perspective, and electrical issue that was fixed in itself is a bit of a show trusting process. As really it is a item that im forced to just TRUST it was fixed with really not physical evidence visible to me as the customer that it is actually done or really needed to be done. So initially going into a service like this that really at the end of the day just feels like a check cutting endeavor with NO tangible evidence that I received something for my expenditure. The ending result of my experiance was less than pleasant, feeling violated by the way I imagine the vehicle appeared to have been left in teh care of service agent.

Oil leaking from under the car on my driveway and the cashiers really need to learn how to smile. My suggestion is to have the who ever runs Dodge Jeep come over and she you how’s it’s done. Your parts department is great!
