My wife was kind enough to take my truck for the oil change and service. She had to wait almost 3 hours for what should have taken an hour. Probably short on help and/or new employees which is not unusual in the service industry these days. Also got a notification today my tires were under inflated so not sure if the pressure was checked or even if the tires got rotated. The service advisor was very nice

Came to change oil & top off power steering fluid, took 5 plus hours & cost me $270.00 dollars, of that $136.00 labor, I guess so 5 hours plus! I was going told no leak, but the story fluid was old & n deed to be flushed. My husband was livid!!! Every time I have come for service it takes at least two hours plus to change oil or rotate tires. I came Friday May 26th, once again over booked & two men short!! I came to this dealership because Dwight & Brent are brothers to one of my good friend Bootsie who I worked with at the bank for many years!! I also paid $ 2300. For extended warranty which I have not used yet!! I was not alone, there were three two others that had been there three hours plus, they also had set appointments!! Normal service with Daryl as the service writer. He was ready when I got there. Thanks tech pulled the cabin filter and showed it to me and asked him to replace it. All this was achieved in a timely manner.

I had a oil leak due to the oil filter was leaking. it causes oil stains on my driveway. The real kicker is my parts for my wireless charger, that has never work since I had the truck, was NEVER order. That was 4 weeks ago. Why should I come back with this poor service.
