There was some big concerns for me about my experience Not having my vehicle back that Monday evening like I was told I would have it back. 2.i truly felt like your machanic was the one breaking the bolts. 3Having to lose a hold day of work because I didn't have my vehicle back. I hope I want have any problems with my vehicle because of the breaking bolts.i pray that the job was done correctly. But as customer service it was outstanding THE little Mexican gut I forgot his name HE was so helpful an so polite an assure me that vehicle would br fix right. On the dat I was supposed to get my vehicle an I didn't. He nade sure I got home.He tried to assist me with a rental. An he was honest about the bolts breaking. Thank you soooooo much..
