Anthony was friendly and affable from the start. He worked with me to ensure I got the vehicle I needed at a digestible price point. He was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure the car and the lease were a proper fit. He and Warren even worked together so that a miscommunication didn’t change my cost but gave me all the needed features. Amazing experience.

I appreciate the printed out summary of the work done because it shows how thorough the work was done, with pictures, etc. And I also like the fact that the Service Manager stopped by while I was waiting, to see what was being done on my car. However, I would like to have things that were done on my car, explained more in detail, since I am not a knowledgeable person in the mechanics of a car. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the job done.

After being told I would be called with an update on my car (check engine light was on) I had to follow up repeatedly to get news. When I picked my car up (had to go find it in the parking lot) I found it dirty with paper mats and service tickets still on the mirror. Like the Envision, expect better service.
