Brought brand new GMC 1500 in due to vibration issue I noticed. The initial visit didn't find the issue but I feel it wasn't test drive because the vibration was unmistakable. Brought truck to Mathews Tire and they diagnosed the issue as the left front axle was falling out. I contacted service representative and they were very helpful and had vehicle towed in and parts ordered. After a couple of delays I did get my truck back. I think had the first service tech done their job correctly the first time I would have had my vehicle back sooner.

The communication lacked. I waited a hour and a half there then left because it still wasn’t done but there was no communication on how much longer. So when I called after the two hour mark (multiple tries) I got no answer or even a voicemail.

One thing that always seems to be they find something else that needs doing! My husband drove for business 60,000 miles per year never needed this service, both of my sons now drive for business and thought pretty strange that a vehicle with 26,000 miles would need this sort of repair! They too drive GM products but might think of changing!

My Enclave went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had questions regarding my wife's Encore and the tire sensor inside the automobile. Kendra was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem could be.

The service department is always very courteous and respectful of my time. This last visit I had my oil changed and tires rotated. After service, on my way home I noticed one of my tires loosing pressure so I turned around and went right back to service. Kendra took a look and noticed a hole in my tire. Right away, she was getting another tire ordered and scheduling it to be put on. There were no questions asked. And the General Manager Ryan Ropson went out of his way to make sure I had a loaner car until my tire was fixed. Everyone at Bergstrom I have dealt with is always amazing with their customer service. But a special shout out to Ryan and Kendra for turning what could have been a nightmare into another pleasant service experience

I felt the relentless pressure from your salesmen Steve Carlson to purchase extended coverage. was over the top. This would discourage me from future purchases from Bergstrom. Furthermore, I would not direct others to Bergstrom because of this high-pressure tactic. When Steve was not getting his way with us, he got contentious to the point we almost walked away. I've been going to GM locations for about 12 years now and Bergstrom has been the best experience to date. I specifically would call out two main reasons I keep coming back, and it is their associates. Kendra has been superb in every way. She truly understands customer service and goes the extra mile to make things a great experience. Always a special call out for Steve Carlson who is a pleasure every time I see him. Thanks

This was the first time in almost a year that I was able to schedule an oil change within 1 week of the date I wanted to book the oil change, so that is an improvement over the 2-3 weeks wait time that I had been encountering when trying to schedule an oil change. Unfortunately this is the second time now when I was asked if I would like a car wash and I stated 'yes that I would' and the care was not washed.
