So I would have loved to have given a good review the customer service reps are all kind and the environment is great but I just got finished saying to the clerk how I feel retraumitized every time I have work done here. Each time I need to come back. This time we took the truck home didn't drive it till 4pm the next day down the street to FedEx when I got back in the truck my check engine light was on and I had to call my son ti get help he came and ran the codes P0171 and P0184 turns out the hose to the airbox was loose it had to be snapped back into place. It's frightening and I think the people are friendly and you want to give a good review cause everyone is so kind or your warranty is still in place and you want good quality work but it's hard to give a good review when there is always an issue after work is done. Maybe next time because we should have a good relationship w the warranty in place and I have been so good I come back I never react but its stressful I drive a long distance to have work done w you guys and I am kind and try to give the benefit each time but its getting harder each time to trust the work.

Working with Service Mgr Billy Maloney was a pleasant experience. we were able to work out an agreement to resolve a situation involving the faulty a/c which dated back to 2021, he was always available to speak with and responsive at all times in order to work with me. in the end I was very pleased we were able to talk things out and mutually agree on repairs done asap..

Steve and Guy were very helpful when buying a new car for our family. The car I wanted was in transit to the dealer, so we had to wait about a week or so to take delivery. We live on Cape Cod and I am extremely pregnant. All of the paperwork was done online and over the phone. We were able to pick up the vehicle and finalize our purchase with no issues. Our new car was perfect. We love it. Dealing with Copeland Chevy in Brockton was the best decision I made.
