It would be more customer friendly if the rep would come ask about additional things that need changing instead of emails or texts. Some people don't pay attention to their phones 24/7

Your E-mail was addressed to my brother Sidney. Unfortunately, he passed away four years ago. I have title to the 2015 Equinox. You also service my 2009 Silverado. I have been trying to get the dealership to change the records to show me as the owner of the 2015 Equinox. I would appreciate it if that could be done. Also, I spent over $3,600 on the service. Any GM Rewards Points should be added to my account. Previously, you sent me notification that I have 8,398 points. The new AC seems to be working as it should. To be honest the sale group wasn't bad,but I was given the option to purchase extra insurance for an additional 50 per month not knowing it wouldn't be honored,but stuck pay the extra 50 per month. Service: lol is a joke. Spoke with dealer multiple time about a problem I was having but Luke a child it was in 1 ear and out the other. Its still messed up. I will never buy another Chevrolet from Dan Vaden. I will go back to Ford as soon as I'm not upside down in this 23 RST.

From the GM to sales, to financing, to service, the experience was the best I have ever had. This was my first new truck I have ever purchased and Neal the GM made me feel like I was apart of the Vaden family. Natasha (sales) was excellent and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. The entire experience was hassle free. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past for my wife with “luxury” brands and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I can’t thank everyone at Vaden enough.
