Confirmed Service Customer
After buying a brand new 2024 Colorado on April first I had scheduled an appointment to get side steps put on. This was all scheduled on 4/4/2024. I arrived early for my appointment which I was told was only going to be an hour and after 2 hours of waiting I was told the part didn't fit. My service advisor never came to notify me during this entire time. I had to have my sales person Peter go check for me. I was very disappointed that my service advisor Corey never even bothered to provide an update. This cost me a total of 3 hours away from my business.
