I had an unscheduled drop off at the dealership, due to noise and smell of burning coming from my driver's rear wheel. I was immediately checked in & they kept the car overnight. William Ronalter, the service consultant, was wonderful, fitting my car in for service (he could tell I was a 'little distraught'). A piece of my brake pad had broken off and was wedged between the caliper, which caused the problem. New brakes took care of everything.
