The techs are very careless! Every time I get my car serviced here, something is missing or not put back where it belongs! Two times my valve stem covers weren’t put back on my tire. I just got an oil change recently, and my key lock was missing. I had to go back to the dealership for it. When I did, I should’ve double checked, but I didn’t and it was the wrong key lock. I had to go back a second time for the correct one. This is very inconvenient being that I live almost an hour away. Every time I get an oil change and tire rotation, my rims are black, covered in oil or just from dirty hands of the tech I guess. I didn’t drive into the dealership that way, and I hate to drive out like that. I have had other concerns in the past as well, and I kept giving chances, but I will not return for any of my service needs!

Other than being ignored when I drove in for 15 minutes in preference to the cars that were BEHIND me, the visit was satisfactory. I do miss the free snacks that were in the waiting room. $1.50 seems excessive for a small bag of pretzels!

After communicating with the internet team about a Trailblazer not located on the Pooler lot and being notified the car of interest would be moved to the dealership for a 5:30 appointment the SUV was NOT at the dealership. We were extremely disappointed!!! Honestly, I dislike the whole car buying process and this emphasized my negativity……. BUT, John and Carson sincerely apologized and took the time to listen to what we were looking for in our next vehicle. After a couple of hours, and their kindness and patience, we were signing to take home our new ride. Their earnestness made this one of the best car buying experiences!!
