President
Matt Miles, Dealer for Buster Miles Auto Group was born in 1955 and grew up in Heflin, AL. He is the eldest of four children to Buster Miles & the former Alice Bennett. Matt grew up loving cars and all sports - including hunting, fishing & football! After graduation from Cleburne county High School, he received a football scholarship to Samford University and graduated with a degree in Marketing & joined his dads business, Buster Miles Chevrolet-Oldsmobile. He added the Ford store to his businesses in 1992. Matt has been President of Buster Miles Auto Group since 1986. Matt had always planned to follow in his dad’s footsteps, saying, " My dad was my mentor & coach. I always wanted to be just like him. I sold my first car to my second grade school teacher. I have never doubted what I wanted to do! I have always loved meeting & helping people - especially with their automobile needs. " Matt loves spending time with his wonderful family: wife Pam, his son Mim - Vice President of Buster Miles Auto Group (Auburn University ‘10), daughters Madelin (Auburn University '11), Alexis (Auburn University '15) both digital sales executives with cars.com & Sela Bay who is currently attending SCAD in Atlanta. Matt says he is a staunch AUBURN fan but most importantly he is a sinner saved by grace!

Mim is part owner and General Manager of Buster Miles Chevrolet & Ford. He graduated from Auburn University in 2010, earning a degree in Business Administration. He has over 11 years of Buster Miles experience holding various positions throughout the years. When he is not at work, he enjoys time with his wife, Lauren and their daughter, Margo and son, Mac! Digital Marketing Director
Madelin is the oldest daughter of Matt and Pam Miles. Madelin is currently the Digital Marketing Director for Buster Miles Ford & Chevrolet, and also part owner of The Barn at Bennett Flats, a wedding and event venue also located in Heflin, AL. Click here to see more about our wedding venue!

Michael’s family has been in the car business since 1947. He met his wife Hope (Buster’s youngest) while buying a truck in 2013. They married in 2014 and together have four sons, Ethan, Haden, Aidan and Ethan. Michael grew up in Piedmont, AL and spent the first twenty five years of his career in manufacturing. After a career change in 2008, he spent the next eight years working for the US Army destroying chemical weapons. In 2016 he joined Buster Miles Chevrolet as the Service Manager before becoming the Fixed Ops Director and then the controller. While living and working in Piedmont, Michael attended Jacksonville State University (Go Gamecocks) earning a degree in Management and a MBA in Finance. When not working, Michael enjoys golf, fishing, fitness, running, swimming, college football and traveling.
Human Resources Director - Extension 226
Lucretia joined Team Buster Miles in February 2017 as Assistant to the General Manager. She was married 37+ years to the late Terry Lambert (who also worked at Buster Miles) and is the mother to Patrick, who is the Sales Manager at Buster Miles Chevy. Lucretia holds a bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and previously worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Werner Ladder and BAE Systems. Lucretia has three sons: Patrick, Blake, and Tyler and nine grandchildren. She loves spending time with family, cooking, and an occasional trip to the beach or the mountains.

Antonio is from Jacksonville, FL and grew up in the car business. He got his start back when he was a teenager working at his grandpa's automotive repair shop. When he isn't working he enjoys traveling, live music, fishing, watching football, and spending time with his wife Kalyn and their 2 hairy children (dog's) Zoe and Samantha.

Patrick is a Heflin, AL native who's career in the car business began at Buster Miles in 1999. He enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf and attending Auburn football games. Patrick currently resides in Anniston with his wife, Victoria, their two children, Hanner and Elle Marie, and their dog, Larry.

Steve is from Heflin and has 20 years of Buster Miles experience! He has been married to Tammy (Walker) Perry, the Director for Heflin's Parks and Recreation, for over 26 years. They have two sons, Josh and Jordan. When Steve is not selling cars, he enjoys playing golf, disc golf, softball, and Alabama football. Roll Tide Roll!

George started at Buster Miles in July 2014. He is a native of Slidell, LA., but he and his wife, Kathy, have called Anniston, AL., home for the past 16 years. He is a former part owner of Mt. Cheaha Harley Davidson. George is a proud Vietnam Veteran, and when he is not at work he enjoys the open road in the saddle of his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Tekia is from Heflin, AL., and has been part of the Buster Miles team since 2015. She has 10 years of banking experience, and is a graduate of Jacksonville State University. She has one son named Asher who loves playing baseball and she loves cheering him on and being that baseball mom when she's not at work!

Jerry has over 20 years of Buster Miles experience with over 20 years experience in sales and finance. He was born and raised in Virginia and served in the United States Air Force in 1986 and served for 5 years. He now calls Anniston, AL., home with his wife, Rebecca Bright, and their 4 children and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys taking out his Harley Davidson for a ride and serving his community. Jerry says, "Buy a Car, Be a Star!" He is also the nicest guy in the building in case you were wondering.

Randall joined the Buster Miles family in 2015, and has been working with Chevrolet vehicles since 2010. He has experience in sales, service department and other aspects of the car business. He lives in Anniston with his wife, Karla, their two children. Randall spends his free time with his family and enjoys kayak fishing, hunting, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Originally from Walhalla, SC, Randall loves his Clemson Tigers!

Adam was born and raised in Oxford, AL. Recently married to his wife, Lauren, and a new resident of Heflin, AL. He loves spending time with his dog, Cash, and loves to play golf any chance he gets!

John is a native of Philadelphia, PA., and moved to Alabama in 1982. He has over 10 years of Buster Miles experience and over 30 years in the automobile industry. Also, John has worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Calhoun County for the past 6 years. He has two children, Kayla and Darren, along with his stepdaughter, Jennifer. In his spare time, one will find John cruising on his motorcycle or grilling out in his backyard.

Mark has spent the majority of his life in Cleburne County and has 17 years of Buster Miles experience, 14 years as manager, and 35+ years experience in collision repair. He specializes in frame and suspension repair. Mark has been married to Rena for 17 years and they have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. In his spare time, Mark works at The Shed, a local butcher shop and has a reputation for making the best sausage in Alabama.

Courtney graduated from Cleburne County High in 2016. Heflin is her home town. She is a mother to a handsome little boy named Weston and her fiancé Logan Hunter. She spends most of my spare time enjoying activities with her family. Most of her weekends are spent at the local dirt track. She loves any type of adventure! She also attends Rock Creek Baptist Church.

Tim Andrews, from Jacksonville, Florida, has been with Buster Miles for over 9 years. He lives in Cleburne County and enjoys hunting, fishing & driving his tractor! Tim has received certification in Waterborne & Solvent and he is our go-to guy for paint in the Buster Miles Collision Center!

Originally from Calhoun County, Jeff now lives in Cleburne County. He brings over 30 years experience to the Buster Miles Collision Center - all in auto body repair! He has been with Buster Miles for 6 years. Married for 20 years with one daughter and a slew of grandkids, he likes to spend his free time hunting , fishing & being with his family!

Nick Ward, born & raised in Ranburne, AL also graduated from Ranburne High School. He has been with the Buster Miles Collision Center for one year and brings a lot of experience along with him. He grew up doing restoration work with his Dad and when he's not at work you'll find him hunting or fishing!

I was born and raised in Heflin, AL, where I still reside. I am retired from the Cleburne County Probate Office after 17 years. I work part-time at Buster Miles Ford in the Accounting Department as the Title Clerk. I am married to Lindsey Ivey and we have two boys, Michael Ivey and Matthew Ivey, and four grandchildren. I am a member of Crumley's Chapel Church where I am a part of the Praise and Worship Team. I am a Child of the Most High God!
