Went to look at some EV's at Chevy Burke in Northampton and I left extremely happy. A gentleman by the name of Roger Jourdain took great care of me. He went above and beyond on so many levels to get me in a new Blazer EV shortly after my other car went out of service. I am completely satisfied with my experience in entering into a lease for a 2024 Blazer RS EV at Burke Chevrolet. I had a lot of questions regarding the 2024 Chevy EVs. My sales representative, Ryan Brewer, had the answers. He was amazing in helping me understand how each of the Blazer RS's many sophisticated features function. And he most ably applied (1) my GM credit card points, (2) my Costco $1,000 benefit and (3) My Chevrolet membership points so my net cost was minimized. I was given a very fair price for the 2019 Chevrolet Volt that I traded in and the terms of my lease for the 2024 Blazer were better than I expected.

Burke Chevrolet came to the rescue when we realized that we were missing the cap to our oil tank while were moving out our daughter from UMASS ! We needed to drive 4 hours to get back home to NYC and they were able to overnight a new cap, fill up the oil tank and clean off our engine and have us on our way in less than an hour and a halfās time! Everyone there was so helpful and understanding. I canāt recommend a better dealership! You guys rock!

Our GMC pickup developed an air conditioning problem. My husband was told by a local garage this problem was complicated and the vehicle needed the technology of a GM new vehicle dealer. My husband chose Burke Chevrolet of Northampton. The appointment was made and the truck was brought to Burke Chevrolet. My husband spoke to the service manager, Frank Alves who had a very professional approach to the truck's AC problem. The service manager even went out to the customer parking area to view the truck and AC problem as it was happening Then next day the service manager called early afternoon with a progress report. Later that day Burke Chevrolet called again with the findings and estimate. My husband gave the go ahead to repair the truck and was told it might be done the next day which was a Friday or Monday at the latest. The next day the service manager called early afternoon and informed us the GMC was done and the final price was a little less than the estimate. We couldn't be happier. It was well worth the trip from Westfield to Burke Chevrolet in Northampton!
