Had a check engine light on the dash. Contacted the service department and got an appointment. Waited for the service and was given a loaner for an hour. Signed the warranty papers and left. Light was out.

Brought my truck in for maintenance and as always they went above and beyond for me. They take pride in their work. Also the customers vehicle. The waiting area was spotless and the free coffee was a plus. Bottom line Barstows cares about the customer and their quality of work is 100%. Thanks guys

Employee (young kid) told me I’d need new brakes and hung up. He didn’t offer to give me an appointment or suggestion for further service. I had yo call back and request an appointment. Poor customer service as the same service department let me leave with a brake problem from a prior oil change. And I had to call back to have checked. Lights on when I previously left, they had to see it needed more service to set up an appointment for me, just did oil change and washed truck. Let me leave with brake problems. 3 rd attempt at garage to service vehicle.
