Service team are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. They make recommendations about preventative maintenance without pressure. This service was for a minor recall item and they took care of it quickly and completely. Well done Service Team!
I came for 10-15 minutes analises. If there is over used oil I was suppose to come back for a long term treatment with a loaner car. If all is ok I was suppose to return after another 3000 miles. Instead I stayed in the office for 90 m . I lost my next work meeting. Im disappointed and upset.
Had to return my new leased vehicle after 4 days. In one day, vehicle shut off completely 2x, radio malfunction glitching. Radio had to be completely replaced. Was not shown any customer appreciation nor was I shown any customer satisfaction. No communication from sales in weeks. Feel unsafe in my vehicle. Nor was I told I was sold a vehicle that had a recall. No one cares that a customer feels unsafe in a brand new vehicle.
After having a previous issue of waiting almost 3.5 hours for an oil change, I was assured the the next visit would be better. I made my appointment for 9am on on Monday. I even dropped the car off on Sunday night with a note saying I need the car by 11:30. Two and a half hours should be plenty of time. But to my dismay, the car was not ready until 12:30. My car was already at the dealership, so if I was actually there again waiting for the car I would have been there for over 3 hours for an oil change.
